Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We offer shipping worldwide, however this may change shipping times.
Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our UK-based warehouse to ensure quick delivery to our UK customers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we will be unable to make any changes. However, once you receive your order, you can return it for a full refund if needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our UK warehouse. We process orders between Monday and Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or UK holidays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For UK orders, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days. Please allow additional time during holiday or sale periods.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days after shipping, please contact us, and you may be eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
No, as we only ship within the UK, all prices include taxes, and there are no additional customs fees for UK deliveries.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us at support@fogani.com with your order number and photos of the product. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to your card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. If you haven't received your refund after this time, please contact your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary.
